Mermaid Princess Outline Scrunchie

All Sewing Sweethearts scrunchies are sewn to fit comfortably on the wrist and stylish in the hair. They are perfect for both thin and thick hair, and have a strong hold. 

Regular scrunchies are oversized and measure ~6", mini scrunchies can also be sewn to order and measure ~4".
